On-hit effects are effects that trigger on a 英雄自動攻擊(普攻) and a select few 技能. An 自動攻擊(普攻) or ability that applies on-hit effects can apply any number of these effects at once.

暴擊率s

暴擊率 is not considered an on-hit effect. A few select 技能 can critically strike (Q[先聲奪人].png Q[先聲奪人]Q[鋼鐵暴雪].png Q[鋼鐵暴雪]Q[槍火談判].png Q[槍火談判] and E[審判].png E[審判]), but this should not be mistaken for standard functionality.

In almost all cases, the attack that triggers an on-hit effects may still critically strike and apply 普攻吸血. Also in most cases, critically striking will not affect the damage of the on-hit effect, unless explicitly said otherwise, such as 史提克彈簧刀 item.png 史提克彈簧刀.

Lifesteal

普攻吸血 is an 攻擊 stat that converts a percentage of the 物理傷害 dealt by a 英雄的 普通攻擊 or ability that applies on-hit effects to 生命 regained. For the main article, see 普攻吸血.

普攻吸血 applies to all 物理傷害 dealt on-hit, including any sourced from on-hit effects (with a few exceptions). 閃耀劍 item.png 閃耀劍 and 納瑟斯Square.png 納瑟斯的 Q[虹吸打擊].png Q[虹吸打擊] is a renowned example of powerful sustain as 普攻吸血 not only applies to the basic damage on the attack, but the 增加傷害 on 閃耀劍 and the stacked damage on Q[虹吸打擊].

普攻吸血 is calculated from the actual damage done to an enemy after armor and all other forms of damage reduction. Almost all 英雄 have 0% base 普攻吸血. It can be increased with 道具, 符文, 天賦, and some 英雄 技能.

Damage dealt to enemies beyond your target through splash damage will not apply 普攻吸血. That is unless the damaging effect specifically states that on-hit effects will apply to all enemies damaged (such as 狂怒九頭蛇﹝近戰限定﹞ item.png 狂怒九頭蛇﹝近戰限定﹞ and Rat-Ta-Tat-Tat.png Rat-Ta-Tat-Tat).

Blind

While blinded, an attacker will not cause any on-hit damage. In most cases, non-damaging effects will still occur. Also in most cases, most one-use 技能 will not be consumed until the attacker successfully lands an attack.

The following 技能 will apply on-hit effects instead of spell effects. Any ability not listed here will apply spell effects, regardless of how similar it may be to the 技能 on this list or how similar to effect resembles a 普通攻擊.

Pets that apply on-hit effects

  • 薩科Square.png 薩科的 R[幻象].png R[幻象]
    • Deals 75% of 薩科的 物理攻擊, and any cloned on-hit effects at full damage. The clone的 attacks can critically strike and any 普攻吸血 will heal itself.
  • 約瑞科Square.png 約瑞科的 R[死亡之兆].png R[死亡之兆]
    • Deals 45 / 60 / 75 % of 約瑞科的 物理攻擊, and any copied on-hit effects at full damage. The clone的 attacks can critically strike but won’t trigger 普攻吸血.
  • 魔鬪凱薩Square.png 魔鬪凱薩的 R[死亡之子].png R[死亡之子]
    • Deals 魔法傷害 equal to the target的 base AD at level 1 + 100% of the target的 bonus AD + 75% of 魔鬪凱薩的 AD (not including the 20% increase from R[死亡之子]). It will apply any cloned on-hit effects sourced from 道具 but not those sourced from 英雄 技能. Despite not applying spell effects, it will generate shield through. The clone的 attacks can critically strike but it won’t trigger 普攻吸血.
  • 勒布朗Square.png 勒布朗的 鏡像.png 鏡像
    • Deals 0% of 勒布朗的 物理攻擊 but will apply any cloned on-hit effects at full damage. Whether or not the 鏡像 can critically strike or trigger 普攻吸血 is irrelevant as it has no basic 物理攻擊 unless you equip 史提克彈簧刀 item.png 史提克彈簧刀.

Special 魔法傷害

The damage dealt by these effects will apply 普攻吸血 despite dealing 魔法傷害. When applying the Spellblade effect of 閃耀劍 item.png 閃耀劍寒冰霸拳 item.png 寒冰霸拳 or 三相之力 item.png 三相之力, the proc is converted into 魔法傷害 as the base attack is.

Non-物理傷害

These 技能 will not incur any healing. In all cases, the triggering attack will still apply 普攻吸血.

Damage Over Time

These 技能 will not incur any healing. In all cases, the triggering attack will apply 普攻吸血.

Splash Damage

The damage dealt to enemies other than the original target will not trigger on-hit effects or spell-effects. If the attack misses or is blocked, the effect will not trigger.

The following “on-hit effects" are classified as 技能 and will trigger spell effects, rather than on-hit effects. It is unknown of this behaviour is an oversight or intentional as they are visually identical to the on-hit effects of other 英雄. The triggering attack will still trigger on-hit effects.

On-Attack Effects/Auto-attack Modifiers

The following effects occur when your 英雄 attacks or modifies your 英雄的 普通攻擊 to behave differently. These effects are not triggered “on-hit", and will still occur even if the attack is dodged or blocked, or the attacker is blinded. On-attack effects consistently apply spell effects unless stated otherwise, with one exception.

On-Attack Effects

The following effects occur when your 英雄 attacks, rather than when the attack hits. They will trigger even if the attack is blocked or dodged, or if the attacker is blinded.

  • 鬼索的狂暴之刃 item.png 鬼索的狂暴之刃: 被動: Your 普通攻擊 or spellcasts grant you 4% 攻擊速度 and 4 魔法攻擊 for 8 秒. This bonus stacks up to 8 times. 2600 gold.
  • 魔劍正宗 item.png 魔劍正宗: 唯一 – Mana Charge: Grants +4 / 8 maximum mana (max. +750 mana) for each 普通攻擊, spell cast, and mana expenditure (occurs up to 2 times every 8 / 6).

  • 芮蘭颶風箭 item.png 芮蘭颶風箭: 唯一: On-attack you fire minor bolts at 2 nearby targets, each dealing 10 + 50% of your 物理攻擊 and applying on-hit effects. 2400 gold.
  • 智慧末刃 item.png 智慧末刃: 唯一: On-attack you steal 5 魔法防禦 from the target for 5 秒, 疊加 up to 5 times. 2500 gold.

On Being Hit
